Reading Amateur Regatta
Many Close Finishes
Glorious weather favoured Reading Amateur Regatta the first of the up-river festivals – which was held yesterday. Although there were no races in either the Senior Eights or Fours, there were excellent entries for the other events, and a programme of 58 heats and finals was carried through successfully.
