Eton Excelsior Rowing Club

In addition to being oarsmen of great ability, the members of the Eton Excelsior Rowing Club are very handy carpenters and painters, judging by the excellent job they have made of their new club premises at their Eton boathouse.  They now have a very comfortable “home” and one of their difficulties of the past have now disappeared they can entertain their guests in fitting fashion.  The club is facing the new season with confidence, although they will have to put up some startling performances to eclipse their splendid record of last summer.  The reappearance of the Club at Henley is gratifying and all sportsmen will wish them the best of luck in the Thames Cup.  Training has already started.  New members will be welcomed.  They can be sure of expert coaching.
