ETON EXCELSIOR ROWING CLUB
The Eton Excelsior Rowing Club are sending a Junior Eight and a Junior Four to the Staines Regatta which takes place tomorrow (Saturday). The Club will be represented in the Junior Eight Race by the same crew that did so well at Kingston Saturday. They reached the final and were beaten by Thames R.C. by of a length.
They have drawn against Barclays Bank R.C. in the first heat which will be rowed at 7.50 tonight. The Junior Four have drawn Maidenhead R.C. in the first heat, which will be rowed at 7.10 tonight. The crews are:
Junior Eight: W. Fraser (bow), J. Lawson, J. D. Marrs, E. A. Blore, J. J. Sowerby, A. W. A. Jones, E. H. P. Chasty, B. J. Cork (str.), J. Randall (cox).
Junior Four: S. H. Mayes (bow), T. G Hardwick, E. Pulvermacher, B. W. D Bransdon (str.), T. Jones (cox).
